In this role, you will support the planning and execution of the conference by assisting guests, helping with logistics, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for attendees. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys teamwork, event coordination, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Welcome and direct attendees, speakers, and guests
• Support registration and check-in activities
• Distribute event materials and resources
• Help manage seating and attendee flow
• Provide general assistance to participants during the event
• Support event coordinators with assigned tasks
• Help maintain a professional and welcoming environment
• Report concerns or issues to the appropriate team lead

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people

• Prior volunteer or event experience is a plus, but not required
