The Director of Nonprofits is responsible for overseeing the organization’s nonprofit strategy, partnerships, and program development. This role ensures effective collaboration with nonprofit organizations, community engagement, fundraising support, and impact-driven initiatives. The Director acts as a strategic partner to leadership while advancing the company’s mission through meaningful nonprofit relationships and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in nonprofit leadership, partnerships, or program development within established organizations or consulting environments
- Strong Executive Presence
- Develop and implement nonprofit strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners, stakeholders, and community leaders
- Oversee nonprofit program development, execution, and evaluation
- Support fundraising initiatives, sponsorships, and donor engagement efforts
- Identify opportunities for community impact and social responsibility initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to align nonprofit initiatives with company objectives
- Monitor and report on program performance, impact, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and partnership agreements
- Provide leadership guidance on nonprofit engagement and outreach strategies
- Works with CEO to develop strategic partnerships and expand nonprofit network
- Works with staff to coordinate events, campaigns, and nonprofit-related activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in nonprofit management, partnerships, or leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit operations, fundraising, and community engagement
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
