We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Summer Jr. IT Specialist Intern to assist with digital projects, AI tools, data entry, creative support, mission-critical analysis, and basic user experience/user interface testing. This summer internship is ideal for someone interested in technology, artificial intelligence, digital design, online business operations, and user interactions with digital platforms.

The intern will gain hands-on experience with AI platforms, writing effective prompts, supporting digital workflows, completing data-entry assignments, assisting with Canva and Photoshop design tasks, and reviewing websites, apps, or digital tools for usability and visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with writing, testing, and refining prompts for AI tools
• Perform accurate data entry and organize digital information
• Support mission-critical analysis, research, and project review
• Use AI tools to assist with productivity, content creation, and workflow support
• Create and edit basic graphics using Canva and Photoshop
• Assist with documents, presentations, online systems, and digital projects
•  Help test basic user experience and user interface elements on websites, apps, forms, and digital platforms
• Review pages, buttons, forms, links, layouts, and user flows for functionality and ease of use.
• Identify minor design, spelling, formatting, or usability issues and report findings clearly.
• Complete assigned tasks in a fast-paced remote environment
• Follow instructions carefully and meet project deadlines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the team
• Learn and adapt to new software, platforms, and digital tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interest in technology, AI tools, digital media, IT support, or UX/UI testing
• Basic computer skills and comfort working online
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms
• Experience or willingness to learn Canva and Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail
• Good typing and data entry skills
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to notice errors, inconsistencies, and user flow issues
• Must own a working laptop
• Must have reliable Wi-Fi access

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, automation, creative design, or UX/UI
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• Prior school, volunteer, freelance, or personal project experience using digital tools
• Basic understanding of websites, apps, forms, and online platforms

Work Environment

This is a 100% remote summer internship position. The intern must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to complete assignments without in-person supervision. This role requires the ability to stay organized, respond quickly, and work efficiently in a high-paced digital environment.
